Tawla/SOGI youth art exhibit

Taawla Club, or “The Best Club Ever,” is excited to participate in a 2S+ art show at the Haida Gwaii Museum. Embracing diversity, developing an inclusive environment, and creating a safe space for all students at GidGalang Kuuyas Naay Secondary School have been priorities for the club this year. The art created by Taawla Club members is meant to highlight these important goals. Each piece demonstrates the power of accepting and embracing one’s identity and that of those around you. This truly is where the beauty of the world lies.
