2024 Gala & Art Auction Fundraiser

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY and COMPLETE IN FULL: Some of the information artists provide in this form will be included in the 2024 Gala & Art Auction program, so please print clearly, and enter information as you would like it to appear in the program. Art works must be square stretched 6×6”, ready to hang. Maximum 3 pieces per artist.
18+ only. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. 

Drop off artwork and completed form before 4PM, October 19, 2024. Drop off location at Haida Gwaii Museum’s Gina DaahlGahl Naay (Trading House). Email Cherie Wilson at adminassistant@haidagwaiimuseum.ca for more information.
